Summarized Purpose:

Manages the DTP aspects of a project in the localization process.

Responsible for the project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.

Essential Function:

Manages DTP tasks for assigned projects.

Responsible for the project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.

Performs DTP quality checks as required.

Writes DTP instructions for projects.

Supports Project Manager with technical aspects of a project

Education and Experience:

High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. Technical positions may require a certificate

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and graphic tools

Knowledge of PDF OCR tools

Troubleshooting abilities

Quality Process driven

Proven Project Management abilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills
