Facility Maintenance Worker

PeopleReady of Plant City FL is now hiring Facility Maintenance Workers! We are looking for someone who has 3 yrs facility maintenance Tec with industrial experience. This is a Temp to perm position for the right person.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Facility Maintenance Worker:

• Facilities Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of City facilities and equipment including carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance; coordinate and oversee the work of outside contractors; and perform other duties 

• Responsible for administering all of the internal inspection and maintenance tasks on the maintenance schedule.

• Assisted in scheduling and preparing for large scale facilities upgrades.

• Coordinated larger upgrade and repair projects with management to reduce disruption to guests as much as possible.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Responsible for responding to and prioritizing every maintenance and repair request from tenants.

• Assisted in developing and administering routine upgrade schedules for larger facilities systems.

• Responsible for responding to emergencies and contacting local authorities if necessary.
