In this role, you will work with a team of talented product developers to develop an AI-native event-driven engine. The engine generates user-centric, personalized, in-the-flow intelligence that make HCM products easy, smart and human.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end production ML/AI solutions, serving as central intelligence embeddable in products across HCM applications

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Leverage diverse data sources, variety of modeling techniques and emerging tools to create high-performing recommendations and personalization.

• Analyze and clean large datasets to design and optimize reusable machine learning models

• Partner with teams across the company to implement intelligence that drastically improve use experience

• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure engineers to create scalable, secure and resilient production systems

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable machine learning pipelines using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

• Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and statistical testing

• Document and communicate technical design decisions and best practices to stakeholders across the organization

• Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI

To Succeed in this role, you need:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM field with minimum 3 years of industrial experience

• Solid understanding of active and continuous learning methodology and machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning

• Experience with Python /Java, including deep learning frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Spacy .

• Internships/work experience with machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning

• Experience with cloud environments(AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data processing frameworks such as Spark.

• Ability to learn by doing, to adapt to ever-changing requirements and have a bias for action and outcome

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in API Development in OpenAPI/Swagger

• Knowledge with GenAI (OpenAI, Claude,etc)

• Experience with LLM Finetune and Serving technology is a plus.

• Experience working with chatbot tools like Gradio/Streamlit is a plus
