Determine and align a Marketing strategy for product ranges and the mandatory assortment (Products , Priority markets) in harmony with the business’s strategic orientations, starting from the strategic analysis of the markets, the products, the needs, and the consumers expectations; Implement Global strategies by helping the Vice President of Marketing to drive worldwide launching of new strategic products; Identify new opportunities by driving the implementation of defined strategies on markets and find opportunities; Analyze environments and update consumer’s data; Develop launch package to create the Point of Sales (POS) marketing material, notes and packaging (key market products / worldwide launching); Drive alignment with the Marketing Managers to ensure the interface for the Activity of the key markets (current and potential) of the products family; Lead team development, the development of new products, processes and the improvement of existing ones, in collaboration with other departments, in proposing innovative platforms, and animation of the product committees; and Integrate the principles and objectives of sustainable development with respect to the engagements and agreements signed by the business.
