Position Summary Responsible for accurately processing material transactions in Oracle based on production reporting. Issues materials used on a project into the discrete job, ensuring accuracy to the Bill of Material. Completes and closes discrete jobs when completed, creating finished goods inventory for pick release. What you'll do

  • Using cut sheets, pick lists, and material receipts, accurately issue raw materials into the correct discrete job.
  • Verify the accuracy of materials issued (to the Bill of Material) and resolve any variances.
  • Proactively work with production supervisors, planning, quality & purchasing to ensure completion of their activities in the prescribed time frame to deliver these projects on time.
  • Using the skid sheets provided by the Assembly Coordinator and other production documentation, complete discrete jobs so that inventory is available in the system for the pick release process.
  • Work closely with the Assembly Coordinator to resolve material and inventory discrepancies that prevent closing of discrete jobs and backorders during the pick release process.
  • Track and reports key production metrics.
  • Work with Quality team to ensure raw materials have been cleared for use and can be issued to discrete jobs.
  • Reconcile inventory variances and cycle counts.
