Siemens EDA is looking for a Developer to join our Programs Management Team and help in automation solutions for a division of 4 product lines.

The Program Management Team is fueling Calypto Division growth by transforming high volume, repetitive business operations to deliver enhanced employee experiences while also increasing scalability and performance. Our goal is to help in scalability measures in order to grow the division revenue in the next 3 years and speed up internal processes/ procedures and also introduce predictive analytics to management.

The team continues to innovate in this area by exploring how new technologies (for example AI/ML,) can drive continuous improvement across the division.

We are always growing, learning, and adapting, in and out of the office. Our team is smart and direct; we ask difficult questions and challenge each other to constantly improve our work.

Build integrations between different platforms and use Atlassian tools like Jira/Confluence Understand the release management process and automate that process in Jira.

Use AI/ML to come up with predictive analytics which will be used for decision making.

Proficiency in Java programming, JS,React (or other modern object-oriented languages, such as C++, C#, or python) and debugging. Experience in Python.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Ability to, as well as collaborate with, engineers, project managers,

B.Tech/ MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or similar field.
