SAP Corporate Marketing - Analytics Team Manager in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

This person will work cross-functionally between teams to guide measurement framework and performance analytics.

  • Lead the development of data-driven insights, employing a blend of analytics, report curation, and marketing strategies.

  • Design and execute both analysis and report solutions to uncover insights and demonstrate the impact of your team recommendations across solution areas and regions.

  • Provide thought leadership on measurement framework, target setting, and root cause data analysis.

  • Lead and manage the team of analysts who support different solution areas and regions. The key role of the analysts is to provide analytics and insights to support and steer business decisions and investments.

  • Supports and guides the team in preparing meaningful insights that are presented to various stakeholders via review meetings and written updates.

  • Requires work with relevant stakeholders to define key metrics for success for Corporate Marketing across programs and engines, within the context of the overall Marketing & Solutions performance measurement framework.

  • Responsible for managing & developing team members with different skill sets and different experience levels globally.

  • Work with Stakeholders from Business, Technology, and process teams, and be a trusted advisor in building an analytics and insights team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Overall 12 years of experience with 3 years of experience in managing teams directly as a team manager or 5 years of experience in leading teams in the capacity of a team leader.

  • handling teams across the globe with different levels of work experience and a varied professional skill set.

  • You execute. The analytics and optimization team has a hands-on culture, and this job is a hands-on role.

You should have experience in:

  • business-to-business reporting on the marketing funnel, campaigns, customer journeys, and attribution.

  • data analysis techniques including segmentation, forecasting, and media mix modeling.

  • people management and development of junior analysts.

  • data storytelling, communicating with executive audiences, and written and verbal.

  • digital marketing strategy across channels, web, email, search, and social.

  • project management in a matrixed environment.

  • data repositories and Business Intelligence tools. Basic knowledge of statistics.

The Analytics and Optimization Team in MarTech, Analytics, and Qualification Services focuses on creating a data-driven culture within corporate Marketing. This team is responsible for various analytics, insights, and optimization requirements across corporate marketing.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141,800 - 323,900 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
