Design Communications Firm seeks Director of Operations to direct the studies of architectural design, oversee architectural accounts, and participate in all project management activities, including administration and accounting, and acting as chief of staff to provide oversight, design direction, creative controls, and leadership, as well as the facilitation of design and development work, to ensure client requirements are met. Act as chief of staff to provide oversight, design direction, creative controls, and leadership, as well as the facilitation of design and development work, to ensure client requirements are met. Process payments to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods or services and that they are within budgetary limits. Implement environmental practices and address issues, such as recycling and waste management. Handle new client introduction to company pipeline and establish expectations. Participate in administrative activities, including payroll and purchasing, and act as liaison between client and staff, visiting project site when necessary. Implement company policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with management. Confer with other managers or supervisors to coordinate activities and identify problems that need to be resolved. Prepare preliminary budget reports to submit to management for review/approval. Coordinate account activities, including staff assignments, to ensure design project is progressing and deadlines are being met. Assist in developing social media strategies. Manage operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. Collaborate with management in establishing staff work schedules and assigning specific duties to meet project expectations. Oversee the remodeling or renovating of current company facility. Participate in personnel functions, such as interviews, selection, or evaluation, and oversee new employee onboarding. Compile and review financial statements and performance reports to determine productivity, ensure objectives are met, or to identify areas needing cost reduction or improvement. No travel or language fluency required.

Minimum Salary: 124,000 Maximum Salary: 124,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
