We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as CSM Intern. As a CSM Intern, you will work closely with our customer success team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in understanding the fundamentals of customer success and industry best practices. Working on our Monterrey Offices.

Requirements: 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in digital engineering but with personal passion for customer service and business development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Proficient in Data Analysis and Report Building.

• Familiarity with customer success management tools, such as CRM.

• Advanced English.

Responsibilities 

• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

• Research and benchmark best practices in customer success management and propose recommendations for Definity First.

• Assist in designing and developing customer success management tools, such as dashboards, reports, surveys, and workflows.

• Support the customer success management team in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

• Participate in customer success management meetings and events and provide insights and suggestions.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, engineering, and cloud and AI services, to ensure alignment and synergy.
