Primary Function Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy, the Director, Corporate Development is responsible for working with the businesses and executive leadership in identifying acquisitions and partnerships to advance the strategy of the Company. Also participates in the strategic planning process and leads projects in support of executing our strategy. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate corporate development opportunities; identify key drivers and commercial assumptions and develop synergy opportunities. Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) that align with Company strategic goals, by completing financial models and valuations, leading due diligence and integration processes and partnering with functional leaders to ensure a coordinated process. Research and remain up-to-date on market trends, industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the Company\'s industries and markets.
