JOB TITLE: Patient Care Coordinator - FULL TIME/TEMPORARY

PAY RANGE: $18-20/hour, DOE

JOB TYPE: Full-time - 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday

BENEFITS:

This is a maternity leave fill-in position without benefits, expected to last until late August.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, accepting payments, performing hearing aid checks and cleanings, data entry/record keeping, ordering, and some patient billing.

High school graduate or equivalentExcellent communication skillsComputer and office equipment proficiencyExcellent time management and organizational skillsProfessional appearanceCommitment to safeguarding protected health informationPrevious medical/allied health experience preferred (a candidate with experience will start on the upper end of the pay range)Availability during all business hours except lunch break is criticalExperience with medical billing is a plus, but not required
