Description

Robert Half is working with a network company who is seeking a Collections Clerk on a contract to hire basis. You will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers on overdue accounts to discuss outstanding balances and setting up payment arrangements

2. Negotiating payment plans with customers.

3. Document all interactions and payment agreements accurately in the company's system.

4. Monitor payment statuses and follow up with customers on missed payments.

Requirements

• 1+ years in previous collections or accounts receivable role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented

• Strong negotiation skills

• Bilingual; english and spanish

• Bachelor in finance, accounting or related field is a PLUS
