JOB REQUIREMENTS: - As a Manager Quality your goal is to provide leadership as well as the tools to continuously improve quality within the commercial service business. You\'ll function as a change agent in moving quality processes & initiatives forward. You\'ll also establish, manage and implement quality initiatives, systems & measures by driving the continued development of a quality culture.
