Here's a snapshot of your day;
Oversee general maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders within agreed service level agreements. You'll demonstrate meticulous attention to detail as you manage contractor site inductions and collaborate closely with building management, supervisors, and contractors to address any issues efficiently
Collate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, addressing client service requests, and providing invaluable support to colleagues during peak periods or staff absences. Your commitment to excellence will be evident as you meticulously manage inventory, oversee internal mail delivery, and handle outgoing mail and courier requests
Regular reporting on inventory, cost and ordering of envelopes and other mail and items.
Internal mail delivery/pickup twice a day from nominated mail points and ensure outgoing mail and courier requests are completed
Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers, leveraging your strong communication skills and professional demeanor to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Your dedication to maintaining operational standards and fostering a culture of efficiency will be instrumental in driving our organization forward.

People Skills – Provides formal supervision to individual employees within regional operational area
Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills
