DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:  What will you do?  * Ensure component conformity according engineering drawings, by managing incoming inspection & metrology activities inside the plant and ensure the safety of persons and property in the working area  * Define / upgrade standard inspection protocol according standard requirements (ISO 8015 - IPC-A-610, CQCP, drawings, ...) : choose the right measurements equipment  * Qualify Equipment system (Gage R&R)  * Optimize inspection methodologies using Best Available Techniques & tools Support production / quality engineers to check part conformity according specifications in case of quality issue (component metrology)  * Manage the calibration program of measurement equipment for the plant Secure the nonconformity management process execution in collaboration with QET4/5 (containment)  * Manage the entire program of product surveillance testing in accordance with the LOB instructions for manufacturing entity  * Support the part qualification process according MCSV rules / FAIR execution May manage functionally a team of QCS1/2 in production or incoming inspection including developing their competency  * Realizes quality control operations for Products having medium complexity or Equipment, by choosing the appropriate tools.  * Possible responsibility for employees belonging to scopes 1 and 2.

What qualifications will make you successful?  * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office S  * Quality improvement tools, techniques & models  * ERP System  * High School Diploma or equivalent  * Ability to read, write, and speak English  * < 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment  * Lead E-Versatility transitions in factory  * Champion 5S activities
