Reporting to the Director of Global Compensation, the Compensation Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s annual compensation processes, providing reporting and analysis on pay programs and establishing and monitoring processes that support these programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Compensation leadership and HR Business Partners as the Compensation Partner for multiple client groups and independently handle client relationships

  • Collaborate directly with HR Business Partners and clients as a subject matter authority to ensure compensation recommendations and programs are aligned, relevant to both the market and internal equity, and compliant

  • Provide advice and pay recommendations, participate in salary surveys, and conduct job evaluations for employees at all levels

  • Inspire change management, process improvement, communications and engagement initiatives

  • Work closely with key partners and act as the primary lead during the annual planning cycle for assigned client groups including auditing and reporting for rollup meeting with senior leaders

  • Lead multiple projects such as annual compensation planning, salary structure management and pay transparency to name a few

What We're Looking For:

  • Five years of professional experience

  • Three years of experience in compensation or related field

  • Proficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in producing leadership-ready presentations

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing broad-based global compensation programs

  • Demonstrated experience in building and leveraging cross functional relationships with Human Resources, Finance and Legal

  • Skilled knowledge of global compensation plans, laws, and regulations to include FLSA, EEO, 409A, and other wage and hour rules and regulations

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Strong customer service presence and focus

Location

United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
