Description:

This company is in the midst of launching new plant operations at a site in Lancaster, OH. They have a ton of backlogged work that can range from L1 support with users, mounting PC's and attaching to the display TV's on the plant floors, imaging, deploying software, and all the way to helping troubleshooting MES applications on the plant floor. Looking for someone that has good support experience as well as light system administration too. Will be a very hectic environment to go into, but looking for people that are ready to dive in and assist however they can. Will be trained on the plant applications while working there, but needs to be ready to learn, good with navigating ticket escalations, and troubleshooting.

Any type of manufacturing experience or plant IT experience would be a big plus.

** Shift is 3-11PM M-F - would work some day hours the first couple of weeks to get acclimated.
