Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring quality workmanship
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing concerns
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings, driving efficiency and innovation in construction methods
Resolve conflicts and disputes that may arise during construction, utilizing negotiation and conflict resolution skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
Ensure project closeout activities are completed efficiently, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to the client
