JOB REQUIREMENTS: Facility Nurse Part-Time: 16 hours per pay period Note: Triage Nurses take calls 6pm-6am and on weekends to relieve our primary nurses of most calls. Facility Nurse Eagle Crest Communities is looking for a caring and compassionate nurse to join our team of dedicated staff! This position will work alongside the Facility Manager serving our 48 residents at our Cass St location. In this position, the Staff RN will become familiar with each resident\'s care needs, work with the residents and other care providers related to medical concerns, educate and supervise Resident Care Associates in medication administration and other tasks as delegated by the Nurse Manager. What You\'ll Do - In this position, the Nurse will become familiar with each resident\'s care needs, work with the residents and other care providers related to medical concerns, new admission and routine assessments as well as discharge planning. - Our Nurse will attend continuing education seminars as necessary to maintain compliance with regulatory policies and best practices. - This nurse will educate and supervise Resident Care staff in medication administration and resident care, delegating tasks as appropriate. - Collaborate in a supportive environment with our Triage Nurse Team What You\'ll Need - Currently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse - Demonstrated knowledge of gerontological nursing - The ability to think critically and problem solve with staff and available resources - Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software - Experience working with geriatric population and/or memory care is beneficial, but not required - One year of prior nursing experience preferred but not requiredWe will train the right fit for our team!
