Human Resources Manager:

Job Description:

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within our organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and insurance providers to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and insurance strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in HR management and commercial insurance will be essential in promoting employee engagement and managing risk and protecting company assets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) preferred.

  • Proven experience (5 years) in HR management, with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and insurance principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external partners.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Paycom, Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR systems.
