The Opportunity:

The Global Director of Operations will work closely with the Global Program Leader and the global EY leadership team to drive implementation of this new program at the client. The Director of Ops will support change management to support client brand teams and client deployment teams (e.g., IT, media, analytics, PReP) to transition content production to the EY/Client New Ways of Working to enable personalized marketing at scale. The Director of Ops will work with each local POD to make sure they are delivering high quality content production and pull through deployment aligned with the client new ways of working. The Director of Ops will also work with the MLR Specialists in each pod and across international markets to ensure clear alignment on the creation of modular content and quality submissions to the MLR/PReP team. The Director of Ops will work with each market to clearly document, develop and standardize the detailed production deployment processes to align with the new ways of working first in the US and then adapt for international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with client brand teams and EY Local PODs and EY Content Factory to engage in the new ways of working to deliver high impact, efficient new and derivative content to drive customer engagement through consistency in production deployment.

  • Collaboration with EY global leadership team to support the creation of standards and documentation for production.

  • Responsible for the management of the short-term (plan to end Nov 2024) production resource contractors to document and create standards for production deployment and also support the execution of deployment across the PODs.

  • Responsible for the management and training of the MLR Specialists to drive high quality MLR reviews to enable content to get to market faster. Collaborate with MLR Specialists to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the MLR process.

  • Coordination with the EY Global PMO team and the Global Leadership team to provide input to the weekly sponsor status meetings as well as the quarterly reviews to BMS WCE and Omnichannel program core team and the CLT governance structure by highlighting delivery excellence and opportunities for innovation.

  • Responsible for participating in key onboarding and transition workstreams to support the onboarding activities for new EY POD team members and the onboarding of international market POD team members.

  • Provide input to the EY Global Program Management Lead in overall program management across countries, internal EY governance reporting and client quality metrics.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • At least 8 years’ life science agency account management and/or agency strategy/brand production experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience leading life science content production teams to deliver high quality content production at the client (BMS).

  • Experience with marketing technology used within the life science omnichannel (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Adobe AEM/Workfront, SFMC)

  • Experience participating in the MLR process for brand teams in life science

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $119,900 to $219,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $143,900 to $249,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
