JOB SUMMARY

The QHSE Department Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the digitalization processes within the QHSE function. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with exposure to management systems and processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Templates Development: • Collaborate with the QHSE team to understand documentation needs. • Create and update templates for QHSE-related documents, reports, and procedures. • Ensure templates align with industry standards and company guidelines. Process Support: • Assist in the development and documentation of QHSE processes. • Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement. • Provide support in implementing and monitoring QHSE-related procedures. Data Analysis: • Compile and analyze data related to quality metrics. • Assist in the preparation of reports summarizing key QHSE performance indicators. • Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes within the QHSE team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

• Basic understanding of management system concepts is a plus.
