Insight Global Performance Analysis Specialist in Houston, Texas

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Performance Analysis Specialist to join an Oil and Gas client. The successful candidate will support Strategic Vendor Management, Portfolio Management, Budgeting & Financial Analysis, Board Reports, Department Scorecards, and numerous other high-profile projects for the department. This is a permanent opportunity located hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Houston.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, business or a related field

-A minimum of 8 years of experience.

-Strong business acumen.

-Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI.

-Consultancy background is preferred. Ability to work independently.

-Demonstrated skills in the areas of strategic planning and decision-making, navigating ambiguity, and building trusting relationships.

-Strong communication, for example conveying information to diverse audiences in a way that is easily understood and actionable.

-Storytelling, for example by creating a consistent storyline for a better understanding of IS value delivered relative to spend investment.

-Facilitation, for example hosting sessions to elicit ideas from others, understand their issues and encourage group participation.

-Creative thinking, for example framing new concepts that spur use case ideation for our Showback Model.

-Relationship management, for example creating relationships and building trust with internal and external stakeholders quickly.

-Influencing, for example by asserting ideas and persuading others to gain support across an organization or to adopt new behaviors.

-Presentation, for example, comfort with public speaking and the ability to creatively and concisely express ideas to business and technical audiences. null
