Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Provider Operations Specialist like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

This position is based at the corporate office - 2360 Corporate Circle, Henderson, NV, 89074.

You will:

  • Supports recruitment post LOI execution with the provider to provide a comprehensive overview of the HCA onboarding process.

  • Initiates human resources onboarding and manages Personnel Action Requests for new hires, transfers, and others as necessary.

  • Engage with the provider to submit malpractice applications and coordinate efforts with Healthcare Indemnity Inc. ("HCI").

  • Initiates credentialing and enrollment processes by completing the Provider Enrollment Request form in HCA Credentialing Online and the Request for Consideration in HCO.

  • Assists market executives and market medical directors in the daily functions of administrative services.

  • Assists with scheduling orientation and ensuring system access to HCA systems.

  • Ensures the completion of the Provider New Hire Checklist.

You Should Have:

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred

  • Advanced communication skill

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

  • 2+ years of experience managing or working with physician / provider relationship building

  • Highly skilled in building relationships with providers, business partners, and employees.
