The opportunity... Summary:

HUB PR’s Client Executive Assistant works closely with the Account Executive to ensure top of the line service. CEA will partner with the Account Executive to manage and provide services to clients and actively interact with insurance companies. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and to be customer orientedis essential to comply with our service standards.

A Day in the Life… Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and document digital client records, including policies, endorsements, insurance certificates, and general correspondence.

  • Keep the Summary of Coverage updated with any changesoccurringthroughout the policy year.

  • Facilitate communication between various departments (Bonds, Construction, Benefits, Financial Lines, Personal Lines, Accounting, and Claims) to address customer requests effectively.

  • Support cross-selling corporate initiatives.

  • Request and follow up on insurance certificates, payment, placement and all the documents requested by the companies to put a policy in good order. Including all documents requested by insured parties upon issuance order.

  • Confirm evidence of payment made via check, ACH, or credit card and request evidence of processed payments to be sent to customers; follow up on payments, maintain a list of accounts, and track renewal, payment, delivery, and review statuses for reference.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally.

What you will need for success... Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree

  • Minimum of one year of experience

  • Preferred experience with EPIC

  • Fluent in english and spanish
