You will execute communications activities including publishing, measurement coordination and other operational activities across internal and/or external channels.

How you will contribute

In this role, you will execute media relations, government affairs, internal communications and community engagement activities across markets. You will monitor and measure communication channels and/or advocacy activity, including but not limited to traditional media, social media, media hotlines, lobbying audit and more. In addition, you will support operational activities to deliver key internal and external communication priorities, including content development and event planning execution, collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, and ensure activities are delivered within budget.

What you will bring

  • Communications, including media relations, content creation and internal and digital communications preferably in a large, matrix multinational company

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Results orientation and a hands-on mentality

  • Time management and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams across business units

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in communications

What will you do

  • Work with appointed agencies to ensure MDLZ key messages and corporate brand propositions are promoted internally and externally.

  • Monitor company activities and external environment to recommend appropriate communication activities.

  • Contribute to MDLZ’s corporate external digital/ social media channels including website, Facebook and Twitter.

  • Develop and manage high-impact social media content – including graphics, videos and other multimedia formats.

  • Develop content for sharing via local, regional and global communication channels.

  • Create and execute internal communications plan to ensure colleagues understand corporate strategy and business performance.

  • Support external communications strategy and efforts.

  • Develop, manage and implement MDLZ’s CSR programme

  • Coordinate contributions to local, regional and global reports.

Education / Certifications:

  • Degree qualified, preferably in communications or similar
