Responsible to improve m
anufacturing operations through lean initiatives
and
implementing innovative manufacturing ideas and concepts
.
Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis and work flow planning.
Reduce scrap through root cause analysis.
- Listen and work with the operators and maintenance.
- Assisting the Controls Engineer.
- Program cameras and PLC's
- Improve set-up time reduction.
- Create and verify Poke-Yoke.
- Creation and update of Work Instruction.
- Complete Line layouts.
- Establish Standardized Work Instructions.
- Ensure proper WIP / Component presentation to the operators
- Troubleshoot machine faults.
- Take corrective actions and assist with the repair of machines
- PFMEA creation and update
- Cognex and Keyence Camera operation - train others and perform updates.
- Control of processes through - process set up sheets and verification of processes running properly
- Complete DOE's
- Actively participate in 8D process to improve operations.
Position Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Entry level to 3 years
Demonstrate excellent written, oral and math skills?
