Key responsibilities

• Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

• Excellent academic credentials and references

• Experience with Complex Commercial Litigation

• Adeptness in Probate Litigation

• Complex Business Litigation experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of Jury Trials

• Deep understanding of Civil Litigation Experience

• Trial experience experience required

• High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Licensed attorney
