Our client, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team.

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Franklin, WI

What’s the Job?

•Manage all aspects of recruiting and hiring across all offices of Extremity Care, RegenTX and BioCreations Medical

•Manage all Employee Benefit Programs

•Ensure we are in compliance with all FMLA, ADA, WC, and EEO Laws and requirements

•Hold all employees accountable on attendance and performance issues

•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

What’s Needed?

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent required

•PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred

•At least 5 years of experience in human resources and leadership required
