Wencor Group Llc Quality Administrator - Aero-Glen International in FORT WORTH, Texas
Overview of the Position:
The Quality Admin will support the Quality Manager in all forms of activities regarding both customer and supplier requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer and Supplier Follow-ups and Communication on any outstanding issues
Final Inspection of Outgoing Shipment to ensure customer requirements are met
Support of Internal Operations Teams to resolve issues and answer questions
Support of Sales and Front Office Teams regarding Quality Issues
Availability for special Quality and Operations Projects and Services
Backup Quality Inspector for Lead Inspector when necessary
Utilize various QA tools and processes to assure product’s physical characteristics are compliant to all applicable specifications
Maintain records of testing data and various other QA metrics
Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) for assigned accounts as required
Handle Federal Contract Information (FCI) as required
Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Director
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
Familiarity with quality testing equipment and systems
Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
Working knowledge of MS Office required
Working knowledge of ERP Systems is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Education / Experience Requirements: High School Degree (further qualifications will be a plus). Verifiable experience as quality administrator/inspector or relevant role. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
