Russian speaking HR Coordinator - home care, Feasterville-Trevose, PA

We are a prominent home care agency that provides pediatric, long-term, skilled, and hospice services to the patients at their home. Better Home Care is a Medicare/Medicaid certified and Joint Commission accredited agency. We provide comprehensive home care services in Greater Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. A full-range of services our company offers contributes to a health-enhancing level of physical activity of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible.

Our growing home care agency is looking for a Russian-speaking Human Resource Coordinator. The HR Coordinator is responsible for administering Human Resource activities such as hiring and training qualified staff, processing payroll and tracking benefits. Ensures that all employee files meet federal, state, and agency employment regulations.

Key HR Coordinator job responsibilities:

Directs planning, coordination, implementation and management of personnel unit or program that provides support and service to the company. Determines staffing needs based on short and long-term plans and goals. Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual. Reviews, endorses, or makes recommendations for hiring, staff raises, promotions and reclassifications. Monitors and enforces employees compliance with federal state, local, employment and benefit laws as well as company regulations. Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees. Makes recommendations or approves plans for staff training and professional development. Participates in short and long-term strategic planning, making or recommending modifications and/or additions to services provided, staffing and organizational plans, and corresponding budgetary implications. Runs payroll for in-office and field staff.

Qualifications of HR Coordinator:

1-3 years of HR or Coordinator's experience. Experience working in a home health. Experience with payroll and benefits. Russian language is a must.
