Savage Services is looking for an ambitious team member for our Maintenance Coordinator position in our Elko, NV operation.

What you're day could look like:
Morning:
Engage with team members to align on daily objectives and ensure clear communication.
Perform cycle counts and update inventory records.
Order, receive, and organize parts.
Issue purchase orders and verify vendor pricing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization according to 5S standards across parts rooms, connex, and fuel island.
Manage fuel supply by assessing needs and placing orders.
Afternoon:
Monitor equipment meters and input S7 performance measures.
Update and maintain the Geotab system and KPI boards.
Manage uniforms and distribute or collect safety equipment as needed.
Handle hazardous alerts and other critical postings.
Communicate notifications and updates to the team.
Maintain and enhance vendor relationships.
Conduct tire counts and manage tire orders.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, Supervisor, Shop Manager, or Shop Lead.
What you'll need:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience related to accurately receiving, inputting, interpreting and utilizing data for parts and Inventory
Experience in an office setting including proficiency in Microsoft and learning and utilizing differing software programs
A clean driving record
Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervision
Attention to detail, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, consistent high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Other office duties as assigned
Physical Requirements of this role:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods, working with telephones, computers, and other office equipment frequently.
Ability to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk long distances as part of daily tasks.
Regularly lift and or move objects up to 50 lbs.
Required to wear personal protective equipment.
