Reference #: add5bd89-7e9f-4a8b-88f6-38e5c0b80cb8 Description DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To work with International Subsidiaries and the International Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts Buyer daily on the processing of parts orders

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Work with each Subsidiary on daily lead-times of Duryea facility stocked parts *Enter orders of International OEM and Duryea facility stock parts into Oracle system *Research parts to determine manufacturer and enter order accordingly into Oracle system *Generate 50% of ship confirmation for International part orders to Subsidiaries *Generate 50% of commercial invoices for part shipments to International Subsidiaries *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Perform a detailed analysis of data using advanced formulas in Microsoft Office Excel Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel *Excellent web navigation skills *Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS *Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *At least 1 year of experience working with complex Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *At least 1 year of supply chain experience in a warehouse inventory environment preferred *Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION *High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION *Associate Degree preferred
