Position and Responsibilities Overview The mission of the Mobile Training Instructor is to achieve World Class corporate performance through ensuring proper sourcing and development of RK employees and front line leaders. The role is responsible to ensure all employees are properly trained on corporate processes and procedures and maintain associated documentation of certification information.

Responsible for development of all RK Apprenticeship Trades, Veterans and Early Career Professionals Assist with all internal licensing and certifications of RK employees Responsible for assessing corporate conformance to installation practices Assist with all internal licensing and certifications of RK Optimizes invoice data entry, matching, posting, and check preparation. Monitor installation activities relating to client expectations of the company. Ensure installation practices meets building codes, local ordinances and zoning regulations Assists sites/fabrication facilities to ensure overall compliance with manufacturer recommendations and internal requirements Keep training records, licensing, and certifications by employees up to date Support large-scale change initiatives including leadership competency development and system implementation Supportproject teams in change readiness, communication, leadership commitment and training activities to support complex projects Assess existing talent management systems and made recommendations for improvement. Keep training records, licensing, and certifications by employees up to date Provide written feedback related to the findings concerning issues and/or potential issues with manufacturer recommendations, installation practices and/or internal policies/procedures Qualifications College/University graduate and/or 10+ years relevant Training and/or Development, experience required Previous experience conducting training in an industrial, manufacturing, fabrication or construction field preferred Prior experience in talent acquisition efforts, strategic candidate sourcing and outreach within affinity and specialty groups preferred Previous experience administering behavioral assessments preferred Indirect supervision. Documentation Skills Licensing/Certifications Training Records Communication Skills Conflict Management Skills Advanced Customer Service Skills Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation/modification of standards. Understanding of acceptance criteria - internal and external Devises new solutions to problems encountered. Independently performs most assignments with instruction Receives guidance for unusual or complex problems and supervisor approval for changes in standards. Able to train and certify in all special processes
