Responsibilities:

Development of manufacturing processes on production sites

Responsible for mold tool management to ensure tool availability for continuous production

Support equipment industrialization for process design and tool concepts

Coordinate and conduct technology investigations and development to evaluate, improve and analyze plastic molding, taking several other processes into consideration as well

Support the implementation of the production lines and equipment in the field of molding

Process monitoring and –optimization of injection molding processes

Worldwide support during provisioning, acceptance, and commissioning of Vitesco Technologies production sites

Process management and improvement regarding tool management

Creation and adaptation of specifications regarding process, equipment, and material

Requirements:

Degree in Plastic Processing, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technologies or similar

Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools

Several years professional experience of process development and project management

Proactive, self-responsible way of working with high quality standards

3D CAD program / Inventor experience is an advantage

Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

German language knowledge is an advantage

Willingness to travel internationally
