Job Description:

Sales Training Specialist Remote Work From Home

The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for the development and coaching of the sales team for Elara Caring. This position directly influences the training programs by the development, delivery, and collaboration for both new hires and existing staff. The Sales Training Specialist works directly with the VP of Sales Operations, Sales VPs, Area Sales Managers and Area Vice Presidents of Sales to create on-going positive working relationships that support business needs.

What is Required?

  • Associate degree in Communication, Business, or Marketing is required. Equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered

  • 5 years of relevant experience to include a combination of proven sales experience in Home Health and/or Hospice industry and a corporate training environment with a focus on sales training

  • Ability to utilize learning management systems, and analytics, to provide insight on training opportunities

  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Director of Sales Training.
