In this position you will be responsible for optimizing work processes, gaining a complete understanding of current procedures, driving, and implementing IT improvement initiatives, documenting those processes, and supporting businesspeople. You will be the first contact within the IT department for any business application related requests (Sales, Finance, Quality & Operations).

The process analyst is often required to understand how ERP, BPM, CRM, RPA and BI systems work. You will propose, implement, and maintain our IT/business management standards, EMEA ERP & business process harmonization, in order to drive growth enablement, cost reductions, efficiency & quality throughout the business with a positive user’s experience.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide the interface between the Business areas, World Area & Global IT leadership teams and Discrete Automation IT teams to capture requirements and perform feasibility studies for new enhancements.

• Support users, identify needs, propose solutions and/or implementations.

• Build and implement business advancement processes with ease of doing business in mind and harmonize best practices at EMEA level.

• Promote organizational change processes trough the organization using SAFe Agile Methodologies and Techniques.

• Communicate with users at all levels to evaluate key performance measures of loss, cost and wages.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent by experience. Career changers with similar founded experience are also welcome.

• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.

• Experience with ERP user support activities, Oracle preferred, SAP and Infor Syteline.

• Advanced in English language (spoken and written).

• Understanding of Business Intelligence and RPAs capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Good skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.

• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.

• Strong understanding of ERP environments.

• Strong understand of database technologies.

• Reporting requirements by using MS SQL techniques is an advantage.

• Good organizational and troubleshooting skills. Good time-management and self-management skills are also desirable.

• Experience or an understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management (Agile) would be an advantage.
