Job Description

This Data Analyst will be working on the US Marketing and Analytics team. They will perform ad hoc requests for teams needing data sets, and every day will be different int his role. The team queries databases to understand which customers can be sold on additional products at the bank ex) credit cards, mortgages, checking account, CDs, etc. This analyst will build out these SQL queries to gather that type of information. Identify prospects of potential customers, or existing customers to sell more products to them. This will be a dashboard heavy role: dashboard maintenance, repairs, diagnosing issues, process improvement, automation.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of SQL experience querying databases, matching criteria with data sets

A true data analyst, understand database structures, query from multiple data sources

Experience with dashboard maintenance, repairs, diagnosing issues in the dashboard, improve efficiency in dashboards

Intermediate with Excel

Power BI (preferred) or Tableau

Light analysis of the data, but mostly reporting on data findings

Large enterprise environment

GREAT communication, go getter Marketing data

DB Visualizer for querying

SFMC (salesforce marketing cloud)

Teradata
