Title: Maintenance Technician Class 2 Hourly base rate $29 - $33 per hour depending on experience. This is a second shift role, no flexibility on the work hours, please dont apply unless you can work. 3PM - 11PM M- F. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the machines, building, and grounds to ensure they are in good working order. Perform maintenance responsibilities within the documented system. Work with production to troubleshoot problems and adjust the machines as directed. Regular maintenance, repair, and performance checks of all production equipment and support systems including vacuum forming equipment, air compressors, vacuum pumps, power tools, etc. Regular repair and maintenance of forklifts Maintain building and grounds. Perform regular safety checks of but not limited to: fire extinguishers, emergency exit aisles, emergency lights, eye wash stations, guards on molding equipment, belt guards on table saws, band saws, chiller system, point of operation guards on band saws, guards and cords on personal fans Plumbing air lines and process water system Assembly and installation of new equipment

Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor Required Experience and Education:

• Must have 4 years of Thermo-forming, Plastic's experience.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite on second shift- 3PM- 11PM, Monday- Friday
• Must have the ability to maintain all forklifts, and vacuum forming and CNC machines and including but not limited to performing oil changes, tune ups and day to day repairs.
• Must have the ability to trouble-shoot all mechanical related problems on vacuum forming and CNC equipment.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, twist, stand for long periods of time, walk, use hands, all fingers, kneel, bend at waist, crouch, talk and hear with no assistance. This job will have very little to no sitting during the day. 1/3 part of the day you will be required to climb on a ladder or use the stairs or work on a platform. More then 2/3 part of the day you will lift over 25 pounds.
• Must have the ability to pass required physical testing, criminal background check and required 10 panel drug test.
• Must have at minimum high School education.
• Must have good communication skills written and verbal.
