Eaton Corporation After Service Project-Sales Manager in Changzhou, China
What you’ll do:
Expand the service market, achieve sales goals, and execute sales plans.
Work in a team environment to achieve the division’s targets.
Actively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements, creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project.
Market expansion of transformation business and customer maintenance.
Visit customers as planned, develop new customers, and coordinate the company's design department to provide customized service solutions for customers.
Service contract signing, implementation, project management, etc.
Establishes long term customer relationships by understanding customer.requirements and familiar with service products, demonstrate our customer/partners about the service products and solutions.
Promote the upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer.
Develops new service sales opportunities based on the existing customer.
Identify, and explore the potential new service market.
Communicates contract details in accordance with Eaton offering and strategy.Manages sales processes.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree of majoring on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 13 years of project management or 5 years sales support and/or engineering experience plus demonstrated leadership skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to travel.
Customer service experience or sales support or engineering is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong Application knowledge for power engineered products.
Time management; Market/Competitive knowledge.
