Job Description

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Responsibilities

The Renewal Operations Specialist will report to the Operations Senior Manager and carry the following responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the Renewal Lifecycle processes, key business flows and their documentation.

  • Proactively screen processes for gaps or roadblocks and drive corrections.

  • Analyze data models and derive logical conclusions.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process.

  • Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.

  • Improve and automate processes over time.

  • Act as a knowledge Expert in all Cloud end to end processes and systems.

  • Integrate with Sales Teams and Sales Management to gain understanding of business priorities and challenges.

  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and various other supporting functions (GSCO, Deal Management, AR, Collections, Credit Team, Order Management, Approvals, Business Practices, Revenue Recognition, Incentive Compensation, etc)

  • Work collaboratively with a remote resources across multiple LoB

  • Undertake admin responsibilities as required.

  • Undertake other tasks & projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work in a team environment, but also be self-directed, proactive and action-oriented.

  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.

  • Strong Excel knowledge.

  • C-Level English language skills.

  • Attention to detail, methodical and accurate.

  • Positive and “Can Do” Attitude.
