Treasury Wine Estates Regional Manager - North in Brisbane, Australia

About the role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will provide leadership and coaching to the Business Development Executives (BDEs) across QLD, ACT & NSW. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining strong commercial relationships and overseeing the effective implementation of our key trading partners’ plans.

Note: This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney

  • Lead the team to deliver key commercial metrics in line with company strategy through:

  • Clear communication and continued focus on company priorities.

  • Support in building strong commercial relationships and customer plans.

  • Ongoing support to identify and address individual capability needs.

  • Work cross functionally to deliver on mutually agreed priorities.

About you

We're seeking a sales leader with solid industry experience, ideally coupled with a business degree. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and networks and feel confident delivering in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and addressing demanding customer needs.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team performance management and conflict resolution.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.

  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload.

  • Familiarity with remote team management is advantageous.
