The role works closely together with local sales functions of Germany and Austria to identify and understand sales business needs and requirements and to translate into future - or optimization of current sales systems (Meals & Snacks). It coordinates system implementations for the two markets in close cooperation with Global IBS and global Sales.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Responsible for optimal cooperation between Sales functions and Systems Team. Manage transparency of system benefits for sales functions to ensure that sales team is equipped with best fit systems.

  • Understand, reflect & translate KA and FF business needs to identify systemwise-potentials.

  • Councel Global IS or local suppliers to develop new or optimize existing system solutions to meet local market/stakeholder needs and thus leverage existing potential.

  • Project management of new system and process implementations, including training material and training sessions to ensure fast acceptance and error-free handling.

  • Connect with other markets to exchange and benefit from best practise solutions.

  • Support Sales Systems Manager in organizational topics to balance work load in peek periods.

  • Lead and develop team of 1-2 direct reports.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • University degree* (economics or economic computer science)

  • +3 years of work experience (system development, Sales admin support)

  • Knowledge of sales processes in general and ideally MDLZ sales- and IT-processes.

  • (* alternatively apprenticeship with strong practical background and profound job experience of 6+ years)

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems, as well as data management systems.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Understanding of sales organization and WoW

  • Project management

  • Strong communication skills

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
