Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

• Shift: 3rd

• They will train for two weeks on 8 hour shifts from 7:00a-3:00pm with OT. They will run a 2-2-3 schedule 5:00pm-5:00am.

• Pay: 28.00/hr. - 34.00/hr.

• This is a climate controlled and clean/bright environment. There is 1 on third.

Description:

• The Maintenance tech will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of production equipment to identify wear and tear, damage, or potential issues.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal working condition.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, analyze root causes, and determine the best course of action for repairs.

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs on production machinery.

• Replace defective parts and components as necessary and ensure proper calibration.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.

• Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs.

• Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements when necessary.

• Manage and track spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components.

• Order and stock necessary spare parts and maintain supplier relationships.

Perfect Candidate:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3-4 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Experience with 480v and 3 phase

• Ability to read blue prints and schematics

• Experience with lockout/tag out

• Must be okay with performing installation of equipment (This is a new facility with new equipment being brought in)

• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience
