  • Engages in digital health market research and benchmarking.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned products within Digital Health.

  • Supports the analysis and design of new product launch efforts, including outlining key clinical and operational needs, and developing pilot plans, and operational workflows. Supports product expansion efforts of product both internally and externally.

  • Configures and supports digital health products; in partnership with technical teams and vendors.

  • Supports backlog and roadmap, in partnership with product team.

  • Acts as liaison across digital health product teams, including analytics, customer experience, launch advisory, and support.

  • Point person for new product launch analytics, with support from Digital Health Analytics team. Responsible for supporting product leads in the definition of data collection and analysis processes and running pilot and product analytics and developing deliverables to communicate impact.

  • Drafts user training materials, newsletters and other appropriate product communications generated by the project in partnership with Customer Service & Experience team.

  • Serve as a liaison to vendors necessary for new product launch and ongoing enhancements..

  • Supports continuous improvement efforts as identified by product team throughout.

  • Presents analysis, metrics, and reports to product managers and leadership.

In order to qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree, health related or analytics field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required and demonstrated ability to work well within teams.

  • Passion for digital health.

  • Technically proficient with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Familiarity with project or product management software a plus.

  • Highly organized and exercises attention to detail.
