Basic Function: Perform layout inspection per requirements of AS9102 using a FARO Arm & Polyworks.

General /Specific Responsibilities:

1. Perform dimensional inspection per AS9102.
2. Prepare blueprints and AS9102 forms for 100% dimensional inspections
3. Develop plans/requirements for sectioning
4. Assist inspection areas as necessary during overflow periods
5. Assist with new product development
6. Report any problems or discrepancies to immediate management
7. Other duties as needed/assigned

Skills/Experience:

1. 5-10 Years experience running a CMM or equivalent machine. (FARO arm strongly preferred)
2. 5-10 Years experience working with inspection software. (Polyworks preferred)
3. 5-10 Year GD&T experience working with highly complex casting/machining blueprints
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent Computer Skills; awareness of software modeling systems
6. Ability to interact with customers when required
7. Strong organizational skills, team orientated, self-motivated
