Description As the Training HAUS Marketing Coordinator and key role within the TCO Marketing team, you're not just joining a team-you're stepping into a role where every day builds brand awareness and expands our footprint in the athletic community. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things marketing-related, helping us bridge the gap between our marketing team and the Training HAUS crew. From project management to communication, you'll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. But here's the fun part: you'll also get to go behind the scenes for our social media channels, supporting the latest updates from our sites and collaborating with our experts. It's all about spreading the word and making sure everyone knows about the amazing things happening at Training HAUS. If you're excited about supporting our athletes and helping our brand reach new heights, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position which will involve working Tuesday and Wednesday out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington. Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions Learn and embrace the TCO brand, while ensuring a deep understanding of the Training HAUS brand, brand guidelines and long-tern vision for the business Execute Training HAUS marketing support with a keen understanding of Training HAUS' goals, initiatives, and success indicators. Maintain strong, consistent communication between the Marketing team and the Training HAUS team. Assist in managing the process and timeline for new creative projects to support the Training HAUS brand efforts. Assist in the internal review process for materials prior to external review. Lead project coordination, maintaining project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. Help to develop new project scopes, estimates, and proposals. Act as an event brand ambassador at client, partner, and sponsor events. Work closely with Training HAUS/TCO marketing team in regard to Training HAUS social media and special projects/events. Assist in developing the content strategy and calendar, partnering with Content and Communications Specialist Collaborate with Social Media Strategist in setting realistic and attainable goals for social media efforts. Support execution of content development across multiple channels for key initiatives. Assist in the success of Training HAUS social media channels, including taking onsite photos, developing copy and supporting real-time organic posts (e.g. IG stories) Proactively sourcing testimonials and submitting jobs as needed to the content team. Support review and analysis of data and health of marketing and social media efforts. Assist TCO Brand team with project coordination, co-branded Training HAUS initiatives and events as needed. Ability to present in a clear, concise & visual form. Strong communication and presentation skills. All other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in related field 2+ years of relevant experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience marketing, sales or communication related role Experience managing multiple social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook Ability to present in a clear, concise, and visual form. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to utilize Smartsheets and MindBody in reporting of marketing and social media efforts. Ability to work with individuals both internally and externally with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority Ability to support team members in various marketing re ated projects or initiatives Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines and manage expectations of all stakeholders Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to support varied projects simultaneously Ability to problem-solve and present creative solutions Self-motivated, engaged in the work and present during internal/external meetings Motivated to learn about marketing and healthcare and apply learning to job responsibilities Strong attention to detail and willingness to complete any task, big or small Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to continually focus on streamlined and effective communication efforts Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within and outside the organization Has remote work experience and familiarity with remote working software's (ex: Teams) and can easily adapt to new work environments and teams Sports and/or recreation experience preferred Organized individual who has an expertise in working with Microsoft Office suite, Publisher, Adobe, etc. Essential Requirements: Ability to: Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines.
