THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area (relevant work experience may be a substitute)
• ADP Workforce experience
• At least 7+ years of experience
• Knowledge of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations
• Ability to apply HR strategies in compliance with employment regulations
• Experience with data analysis
• SHRM certification
