Post Doc: This Position is limited for 2 years.

Tasks & responsibilities
In your new role you manage and support development projects and identify new scientific research fields in the context of pharmaceutical development of biologicals.
Using your expertise, you develop and conduct various studies to evaluate novel primary packaging materials and support basic research on packaging materials for parenteral drugs e.g., syringes and cartridges.
Furthermore, you identify, evaluate, and establish new scientific analytical methods and smart concepts to monitor compatibility and functionally of primary packaging materials with strong interface to formulation development and combination product development.
You ensure the delivery of high-quality data, presentations and publications including required documentation.
The supervision and guidance of Ph.D. candidates, interns or students rounds off your profile, as well as publishing scientific results in peer reviewed journals.
Requirements
PhD. in pharmacy, (bio-)chemistry, material science engineering or similar with first professional experience
Technical expertise in pharmaceutical and analytical development of biologicals
Ability to manage projects and to initiate and promote cooperation´s with research institutes or other interfaces
Strong team collaboration skills as well as ability to work independently
Excellent organization skills and sound technical writing and documentation competencies in English
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and German
