Description and Requirements
The key accountabilities and responsibilities will support the LGFS’s (Lenovo Global Financial Services) strategic framework focusing on Process, Measurement, People and Culture.
Aligning to the SSG Business Process Hierarchy, support the identification of Level 2 to 4 key processes and document across appropriate LGFS functions
Using Business Optix support the development and roll out of the Business Process Management System.
Maintain the Business Process Management system identifying: Process Support Documentation, Process Monitoring Elements, Response Plans and key owners.
Develop Key Process Monitoring Dashboards and use to identify LGFS Process Capability, advising areas for potential improvement.
Provide BPH, Business Optix and BPMS Awareness training to key stakeholders and users to support the execution and adoption of the tools.
Develop and maintain a Key Initiatives reporting suite including LGFS development and improvement projects.
Provide regular Process Capability status and key initiative updates to stakeholders.
Support Deal Assessments, escalating misalignment with processes.
Support facilitation of system upgrades.
Using CI methodologies conduct Kaizen/Kaizen Light workshops to understand Root Causes and propose solutions.
Maintain alignment with all Lenovo and SSG core elements and strategies.
